How do I edit absence hour types?
You can edit the absence hour types to enable the registration of absence hours in CleanManager.
You can edit the name, salary type, and rate.
Furthermore, you can choose to include absence hour types in your salary calculations and activate periodical or personal supplements to be triggered, when planning absence hours.

Editing absence hour types
In the menu, click on Settings > Absence types
In the subsection Absence hour types, click on Edit absence hour type for the desired type
You can edit the name of the absence hour type
|State a Salary type, if necessary
|State a Rate, if necessary
|Click on the box Include in salary calculations to include and export the reported absence hours when handling the salary export.
Click on the box Calculate periodic supplements on this absence hour type in the salary calculation to include periodic supplements in the payout of the salary.
Click on the box Include absence hours with this type in the calculation of overtime to use overtime profiles for payment of absence hours.
Click on the different boxes in Personal supplements which can be used in regard to the registration of absence hours during planning.
