How do I use absence types and absence hour types?
Absence types are used to structure and to create an overview of the absence of employees, for the administration.
Absence types make it easier to analyze the absence reasons of employees for a specific period of time in the calendar or for an invoice interval.
You can use the general absence types or create your own ones to structure the absence registering process.
For each absence type, you can choose whether it should be possible for employees to report the absence to the administration or not. They can confirm the absence and if necessary create absence hours for the planned task.
You can create salary and supplement rates for the individual absence type and export the absence days to your digital economic system.
