How do I delete absence hour types?
You have the option to delete absence hour types, which are not being used on a daily basis.
By doing this, you can specify which absence hour types should be available for usage.
An absence hour type can be deleted from the list as long as it is not being used. This means that the absence hour type cannot be used in Planing > Calendar to register your employees´ absence.
Hence, to be able to delete an absence hour type, it would first have to be completely deleted from the calendar, meaning all registered absence hours, where this type has been used (not recommended)

Deleting absence hour types
Click on Settings > Absence types in the menu
In the subsection Absence hour types, in the functions-column of the type you want to delete, click on Delete absence hour type
