How do I set up a satisfaction survey?
You can use the template Satisfaction survey to get feedback from your customers.
Customer satisfaction is important for maintaining your customers.
A satisfaction survey allows your customers to give feedback on various general aspects of the cleaning as well as on collaboration.
The satisfaction survey helps you uncover your relationship with the customer:

Setting up a satisfaction survey template
In the menu, go to Reports > Templates | |
Click on Create new report template |

You can either select All customers or a specific customer (the template cannot be used for other customers) | |
Click on the base template Satisfaction survey (scroll to the right to find it) | |
Click on Start to start setting up the template | |
Continue setting up the template | |

The template is preset to give employees no permissions, whereas the customer contact is permitted to fill out the report. | |
