How do I set up a quality report with comments?
The template type Quality report (comments) consists of parameters that are displayed in one column, thereby making room for a text field next to each parameter.
Quality reports with comments can be used to gather statistical data, and at the same time provide direct written feedback for each parameter.
As an example, the person filling out the report can use the comment field next to a parameter to explain why they have rated the parameter as they have. E.g. The rating Dissatisfied was used because there was dirt on the floor.
When filling out the report, the employee, supervisor, and customer all have the option to write an additional comment at the end.

The main difference between this template and the template Quality report (compact) is the setting of parameter columns, which in this case is set to 1. This allows room for a text field where you can either add free text (where you write whatever you want) or select a predefined comment (where you can choose between previously made parameter comments).
