How do I set up a control report?
The report template Control report is most commonly used for smaller quality controls or self-monitoring by employees.
A control report can be used for quality assurance purposes such as tasks or items that need to be documented at the customer, but that are not necessarily related to the cleaning work. An example could be reading the meters of a swimming pool.
In general, the Control report template only covers tasks:
The premade control report template is limited and only contains the parameter group Tasks.
This is because tasks that need to be documented and controlled can vary from customer to customer. You can create new parameters for each task, and when you fill out the report, you can add images and comments for documentation.
You can also create new parameter groups and customize new parameters.

In the menu, go to Reports > Templates | |
Click on Create new report template |

You can either select All customers or a specific customer (the template cannot be used for other customers) | |
Click on the base template Control report (scroll to the right to find it) | |
Click on Start to start setting up the template | |

In the settings, you can adjust the Permissions for your employee and customer contact if you need them to be able to fill out the report or see the registered data. | |
Click on Continue to determine which tasks are relevant for the control. |
