How do I report my transportation in the app?

Note:

To be able to report transportation in the app, either as a supervisor or as an employee, the function Report transport as units in the calendar? needs to be activated by the administrator in the general settings.

Use the report transport function in the app to register transportation.

When you are registering s transport, the transport will be set up as a transport task in the calendar, which then needs approval.

How to report transportation

	In the main menu, click on Report transport
	Fill out the travel form
	Date: fill in the date on which the transport had begun Time: Fill in the duration of the transport Distance: Fill in the driven distance in km e.g. 25.5 Notes: Describe the transport e.g. "From customer A to customer B"
	When the travel form has been filled out, click on Report
	Your transport is now reported and is awaiting approval from the administration
