Where are key rings displayed for the Administrator / Supervisor?
As Administrator, you can see all created key rings on all customers.
Supervisors can see key rings belonging to the customers who are within the areas the supervisors are associated with under company structure. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.
The created key rings can be accessed through the CleanManager app or the web browser on the computer.

How to find and create a key ring
|In the menu, click on Keys
|Afterward, click on Overview
|Here you can either see the already created keys or create a new one

How to find the key rings in the customer list
|In the menu, click on Customers > Customer list
|Afterward, click on View key rings for this customer next to the individual customer
View and manage the created key rings
Here, the already created key rings can be seen for the selected customer. It is also possible to manage the associated key rings.
|Click on Manage key rings
|Here, you can create a new key ring for the selected customer.
