How do I start setting up a Frequency plan?
As an Administrator / Supervisor, you have the option to create a cleaning plan using the Frequency plan template.
A Frequency Plan is a traditional way of setting up a cleaning plan. It is a plan that describes each individual task in the plan and when these are to be carried out.
This cleaning template must be read from top to bottom. This means that the employee must start at the top of the plan for each column / area.
When the employee has found the area they are to start in, they must start at the top, seeing which tasks must be carried out on the day in question. This process must then be repeated for each area depicted on the plan.
However, a Frequency Plan can be difficult to read for some employees, as this plan contains a lot of information compared to the other cleaning plans.
The Frequency plan will often be used for larger customers who have many tasks that must be carried out with the same frequency in the same similar premises / areas. Such plans could, for example, be used at schools and large businesses, including large office environments or industrial buildings.
