How do I generate documents for my offer basis on CleanCalculator?
After you have completed an offer basis as described in Step 3, it is time to generate your documents.
Create documents like sales letters, contracts, and other types of work documents.

How to generate documents for an offer basis in CleanCalculator

INFO: When you download a file you can open it in Word or an alternate writing program (that can open docx file formats). When you have downloaded your document, you can if necessary make adjustments, attach images, etc. Finally, you also have the possibility to save the document as a PDF in Word, if you wish to make the document read-only. |
How to attach and save old files
Download the files from the overview of generated documents.
Then attach them or other documents (e.g. plan drawings that you used for your room registration).

Scroll to the bottom of your existing documents and click on Attach file |

Click on Create to attach the file |

The file is now attached to the offer basis |
All attached files will continue to be attached, also when you generate new documents. |
