How do I add a key ring?
To start creating a key or a code, a key ring must first be created. Keys and codes cannot be created in CleanManager without a key ring with which they can be associated.
Once the customer and the desired location have been selected, the creation of the key ring can begin.

The copy function can, for instance, be used, when multiple employees work at the same customer and need access to the alarm codes, but they should not all have access to them at the same time. By making a copy, you have the option of assigning the key ring to the individual employee, when required. By doing this, you will be able to see when the employee accessed the code, by checking the event log. |
