How can I see which changes have been made, when login in to my supervisor account?
If you have access to CleanManager as a supervisor, then you have the option to see all events which have occurred in the customer areas, to which you have access. For more information regarding this, go to Company overview. In the event log you can see all the changes made by you, the administrator, the employees, and other supervisors in your area.
As a supervisor, you can inspect general events happening in the system due to administrative changes or by checking into tasks by employees. At the same time, you have the option to see, when codes have been accessed by employees as well as which messages have been sent from the system.
The event log only showcases a limited amount of data. This means, that if many changes have been made to your tasks, your customers, and your products, then there is a chance, that you will not be able to see all changes when going too far back in time.
Your CleanManager account always has a complete event log with all events stored internally. For more information regarding this, go to the following article: Exporting the event log
