How do I handle hand-ins and hand-outs of my key rings?
It is possible for Administrators / Supervisors to hand out key rings to employees, and the employees can then hand these in after use. In this process, the Administrator / Supervisors can receive a signature from the employee at the time of submission and delivery.
If a key ring is lost at any time, it is also possible to show in the overview that it has been lost.
Administrators can manage keychains on all customers. Supervisor can only manage key rings on the customers to whom they have access.
NOTe: It is also possible to choose to associate all associated employees. Then there is no need to hand in and hand out the key ring. This means that the Administrator / Inspector relinquishes control over which employee can see the key ring. See the article Adding key rings to see where this is set. |

Then click on Hand out key ring | |
Select employee and fill in the signature | |
Then click on Hand out the key ring | |

Then click on Hand in key ring | |
Fill in the signature | |
Then click on Hand in the key ring | |
If the key ring is lost | |
Then click on Keyring lost | |
The key ring will then be marked as lost in the overview | |
