How do I add transport time and distance to a task?

A CleanManager account can be configured so you are able to plan and report used transport time or distance for employee transport on tasks.

If a task is created by an administrator with transport time and distance, then it won't be possible for an employee to change the data. In such a case an employee just sticks to the displayed transport time.

If there is no transport data available on a task, then it is possible for an employee to report used transport time or distance when starting or ending a task.

How to register transport to a task

	Click on Start task
	Start the task With or Without NFC tag
	Click on Next
	Insert Transport time and Transport distance
	Afterward, click on Start task
	INFO: Transport data remains saved on your phone until you end your task. You can also adjust the transport data before you end the task. If you delete your ongoing task the transport data will be removed, and won't return if you restart the task.
