Types of education we offer

At CleanManager we help you to get properly started and are at your disposal with the continued optimization of your account. For this reason, we offer a variety of different support and educational classes:

User guides

You can always help yourself by searching for articles and videos in our user guides.

Webinar

Participate in our free-of-charge online webinars, which are hosted regularly.

The webinars are about different modules, functions, best work methods, and industry knowledge. 

You can always see which new webinars you can sign up to.

Onboarding

If you order a subscription, you will be contacted by us, and we will help you to get started with the onboarding meetings.  

We help you to define your needs, so that the system can be set up the way you need it to be. 

We invite you and other administrative employees to personal educational classes, which take about 2 hours per module, where we help with setting up the system and give guidance in its use.

Support – Phone, e-mail, and chat

CleanManager's support team is at your disposal every workday from 8 AM - 3 PM.

Here we help with answering questions regarding the system as well as all smaller questions, which might come up.

Depending on the complexity of your question, we use the support access to your account, using a one-time code that you generate for us.

We furthermore use our online-meeting-rooms to guide you, as well as to delve further into your account if need be. 

Success meeting

Do you as an administrator need to restructure your account, get more out of a module, or do you simply have a lot of questions, then we can arrange a success meeting.

A success meeting is a small and dedicated meeting of about 1-hour length, which plays out as an online meeting that is arranged and booked with an employee from the support team.

During the meeting, we will be looking at your account. You will share your screen with us, and we will help to clarify your exact troubles and processes.

Course

Do you require us to help your company with internal educational classes, either in connection to onboarding many employees or have you replaced an administrative employee?
