How do I set up a user to be the Master Administrator?
When you create a free trial for CleanManager, your login details for the Master Administrator will be created as well.
The login details consist of an automatically generated username (e.g.: ****_master) and a password of your choice that you will be asked to create when signing up.
The login for the Master Administrator can always be used to gain access to the system.
When you have created your employees in the system, it is possible to assign an employee the Master Administrator login.

How to create an employee and change the user type to Master Administrator
You can only create one Master Administrator in the system, and this user type will not be billed.
| In the menu, go to Employees > Employee list | |
| Click on Create employee | |
| As a minimum, fill in all necessary information for the employee | |
| Next, set the user type to Master Administrator | |
| Click on Create | |

| A window will pop up to inform you that you can only create one Master Administrator. Click on Accept to finish. | |

| Your employee is now set up as an Master Administrator | |
