How can I see, which changes have been made in my customer account?

If you have access to CleanManager, then you have the option to see which changes have been made that could have an impact on the service agreements, set up by your cleaning company.

The event log can only display a limited amount of data. This means that if many changes have been made to your tasks and system, it can happen that some changes will no longer be shown if you go too far back in time.

This is how you access the event log

	Log in with your customer account

	In the menu, click on Event log

	In the list, you see changes made in CleanManager, which have an effect on you
	Time: Time and date of the made change Event: Description of the made change Performed by: You, the responsible administrator or supervisor

	Click on an event, in this case, the starting time of a task has been changed

	You will then be sent to the part of the system, where the change was made. In this example, the task, which you can access under Calendar
