How do I change the maximum number of text messages that can be sent?

Define the maximum number of text messages that can be sent from the system to employees and customers per month.

Set up a maximum number of text messages

NOTE:

To be able to use this setting, you need to contact the support first and aks them to enable the setting. 

After having contactet the support, they will enable the setting in your account. Use the setting to set a limit to the number of sent text messages from the system (however, no more than 10,000 text messages). Click on Save settings to activate the new limit.

To set up the setting, go to:

Settings > General settings > Text messaging

You can always see your current usage by going to:

My data > Subscription > Outgoing text messages
