How can I show the task in the app on all days that it can be carried out?
A task can be set up to be handled on a specific day.
It is also possible to set up a task that can be carried out over the course of several days, like in this example where it can be handled from the 25th until the 27th:
Usually, the task will be shown to your employee on the first day it can be done.
The task will then be staying there until it is completed, even though, it can be finished over the course of several days.
Showing the task on all days it can be carried out
If you would like to make it easier for your employees to know that a task can be carried out over the course of all three days, you can present the task on all three days by activating the setting "Present tasks on the days they can be done in the app".
For example, the task will be shown on all three days and a visual indicator will be added on the side of the task to show on which days the task can be carried out:
Day 1: This is the first day the task is planned and can be carried out in the future
Day 2: The task can be carried out on the day as well as the day before and after
Dag 3: This is the last day the task can be carried out
Note: The task will be shown on the different days in the calendar until it has been completed, then it will be removed from all the other planned days in the calendar. |

Activate this setting to enable your employees to see the task in Show work day on all days the task can be carried out.
To activate the setting, go to:
Settings > General settings > App with Time Tracking
