Preset item number at fixed prices in service agreements

How to set up a predefined item number on fixed prices in the service agreements?

If many service agreements are made, it can be very effective to set up predefined item numbers which can be added to all new fixed prices.

You could think of using fixed prices with many customers for things like transport, billing fees, or other subscription prices. In those cases, it could be effective to include predefined item numbers when setting up new fixed prices.

Activate the setting

Write the wanted item number which you want to use when creating a new fixed price for a service agreement and end the process by clicking on Save settings.

To set up this setting, go to:

Settings > General settings > Invoice Calculation

Note:

If you do not want the item number to be filled in automatically, you are able to delete the item number completely in the settings and then click on Save settings

As a standard, the item number will not be filled in, but if this setting has been activated, all chosen item numbers will be filled out for all new fixed prices, which are being added to a service agreement:
