How do I set up the payment for employees in the add-on module Wage Calculation?
Should the employee salary be exported from CleanManager to a salary system, the Administrator is required to choose whether the employees are being paid based on Scheduled or Used time for tasks.
The Scheduled time is defined as the time, which is set aside in the calendar for the task, whereas the Used time, is the time, which is being registered as the actual time used for the execution of a task.
The time spent can be registered either through the app or in the web system by Employees, Supervisors, or Administrators.
Remunerate scheduled or used time
This setting enables the Administrator to export salary based on scheduled or used time for tasks.
To set up this setting, go to:
Settings > General settings > Wage Calculation
Scheduled time consists of the time, which has been set aside for the tasks in the calendar.
If it is expected that the employee's work is being paid 100% in regard to the planned time for a task in the calendar, use this setting.
The system will then export the employee's hours based on the planned work, which is put into every task individually, under the point Working hours in total:
The used time consists of the time registered by the employees (and requires the approval of a Supervisor / Administrator) on the individual task in the calendar (If there is any difference compared to the allocated time).
If it is to be expected that the employee's work is being paid with a certain degree of flexibility, in regard to the time limitations for the task, the setting should be activated in favor of Used time.
The employees will therefore be paid based on potential changes in the length of tasks in regard to the time that has been set aside for the individual task:
