Set up hourly wages
Setting up your employees' hourly wages is done in salary and supplement rates. Here, you can set up three primary hourly wages:
Your account in CleanManager comes equipped with three standardized hourly wages.
The usage of those three wage types is depending on how your company is structured and how the contracts of your company are structured.
The hourly wages can be adjusted to reflect different tasks, for instance, window cleaners or caretaker services.
Do you use more than three hourly wages? In that case, you can create a Personal supplement, which can be checked off at employees, who should receive a higher wage. For more information regarding this, go to the article: Personal supplements
In other cases, it can for instance be necessary to create an apprentice wage. In the case of employees who are paid on a monthly basis, you can also create a wage type reflecting that. It would simply have no rate attached to it, so the hours would still be calculated.
