Deleting or hiding invoice intervals

How do I delete invoice intervals?

If an invoice interval should not be available for selection anymore or if you have mistakenly created the wrong interval, then you have the option to delete them.

OBS:

An invoice interval can be deleted from the list of invoice intervals as long as it is not in use in any service agreements.

This means that the invoice interval cannot be used in:

Customers > Customer list > View service agreements for this customer

Therefore, you need to remove the invoice interval from all service agreements, where the interval is currently being used. This applies to both active and inactive service agreements.

Instead of deleting an invoice interval, you have the opportunity to hide them, so the invoice interval is no longer shown in the list of available invoice intervals.

Deleting invoice intervals

	Click on Settings > Invoice intervals
	Thereafter, click on Delete invoice interval next to the interval you wish to delete.
	Click on Accept to complete the process

Hiding invoice intervals

	Click on Settings > Invoice intervals
	Thereafter, click on Hide invoice intervals next to the interval you wish to hide.
	Click on Accept to complete the process
	The invoice interval will be placed at the bottom of the list. If you want to reactivate it, click on Show invoice interval
