Edit offer basis

How do I edit my offer basis?

When you have created an offer basis, you can always return to adjust your different offer bases. 

This is possible both for Room registration and Master data as well as Name, Offer type, and the Cleaning frequency on the offer basis.

INFO:

Instead of deleting or changing the data of an offer, you can choose to copy your offer.

By doing so, you can use it as a draft for a new offer and generate new documents.

So, if you should ever need to reuse an old offer basis, you can go back and find it.

How to edit rooms on your offer basis

Here you can see how to find your way back to the Room registration.

	Click on Offer basis
	Click on the Customer of the offer basis which you want to edit
	Scroll to the bottom of the section Room tasks and click on Edit
	When you click on edit you will return to the room registration See for instance the article: Room registration

How to edit the master data and configuration of an offer basis

Here you can see, for example, how to change the cleaning frequency or the type of your offer basis.

	Click on Offer basis
	Click the name of the offer basis for which you want to edit the master data
	Scroll to the bottom, and click Edit master data for the offer basis
	Here you can change the configuration of the offer basis
	Scroll to the bottom, and click on Update to save your changes
