What do the different fields mean when you create a new offer basis?
Name |
Give your offer basis a name. It makes it easier to tell the offer bases apart from each other. You could possibly give them a number (Offer 1, Offer 2, Offer 3) |
Customer |
Click the drop-down box, and select a customer from your list of customers, or click the button Create new customer, to add a completely new customer to the system.
|
Offer type |
The selected offer type helps you in your continuous process while registering rooms. (see Room registration) You can always select any type of room for the registration, but your offer type defines a preset of the most commonly used types of rooms for that offer type. Thereby, you will be able to quickly select the necessary rooms when working on a new offer. |
Cleaning frequency |
The cleaning frequency defines how often the cleaning will be done. You can choose between 1-7 days a week, and you can see the average amount of cleaning days monthly as well as yearly. You can also select School cleaning, which includes 5 weekdays, but takes regard of the extra school holidays through the year. Should the number of opening days at the customer differ from the normal, you have the opportunity to change the number of visits per month manually. |
Visits per month |
Visits per month show the necessary amount of visits to the customer in accordance with the cleaning frequency. A cleaning frequency of 5 weekdays accumulates to 21 days a month and 252 days a year. |
Currency |
Currency is the unit of your displayed currency in generated documents. Please note that if you change the type of currency, it does not affect the calculations, but only the visual display of currency. |
