Do you have a network connection? |
If your data is turned on and your WiFi is turned off, then check if your phone has an internet connection. You can check this in your browser Safari/ Chrome by accessing cleanmanager.org. If there is not an internet connection, then there is most likely something wrong with your sim card, which is in the phone - Perhaps the subscription is canceled or you ran out of data. |

3G + WiFi turned on |
If you are working in an area with many different WiFi signals, your phone will often change in between networks. This causes your app to try and establish a connection every time the phone changes networks. Therefore, turn off your WiFi and only use your 3G connection. |
