How do I copy my offer bases?
When you have created an offer basis you have the option to copy it.
This makes you able to duplicate an existing offer basis and create different versions easily and quickly.
When you copy an offer basis, some data will be reset, because it requires manual configuration. Documents and attached files will also not be duplicated.

How to copy an offer basis and adjust it
|Click on Offer basis
|Click on Copy on the row of the offer basis that you wish to duplicate
|Your copy is now created
|Click on Edit to adjust the name and other configurations of the offer
Fill in the new information regarding the offer basis, e.g. the Name of the offer, so it's easier to tell the offer bases apart.
|Scroll to the bottom, and click on Update to save your changes
Users often have one or more offer bases, which are used as standard offer bases.
These are used for certain types of jobs with a default configuration according to the preferred setting of headlines and numerical values.
A good process is to copy your standard offer basis.
Hereafter you can edit the offer with the new customer and offer name. Afterward, you can adjust the offer type and what the customer wants in regards to cleaning frequency. You can then start the room registration based on your standardized setup.
