How do I set up NFC tags?
NFC tags can be set up and tested through the CleanManager app by the administrator or a supervisor.

NOTE: Supervisors can only set up NFC tags for customers within the supervisor's assigned customer areas. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure. In this article, you will learn how to set up an NFC tag for a customer:
This is how you set up an NFC tag for a customer location
Open the CleanManager app |

Click on Create NFC tag |
|
|
|
Select which customer you want to set up the NFC tag for |
|
If the customer has multiple locations, you will also be asked to select a specific location |
|
Enter a comment (optional), e.g. where the NFC tag is placed, and then click on Scan NFC tag |
|
Scan the NFC tag by moving the phone over the tag |
|
|
|
The NFC tag is now registered in CleanManager and can be placed at the location |
|
You can keep setting up several tags by clicking on Register another NFC tag or click the button Back to main page to exit |

NOTE: All registered NFC tags will be saved in CleanManager and can be accessed here: Where can I see my registered NFC tags? |
