How do I set up NFC tags?
NFC tags can be tested and set up through the CleanManager app by the administrator or a supervisor.
Note: If you can not choose the customer, make sure that you are affiliated to the area, where the customer is located. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure. If you are unsure about whether an NFC tag is paired with another customer, then read the article: Test of NFC tags |

How to set up an NFC tag for a customer location
Open the CleanManager app |

Click on Create NFC tag |
|
|
|
Choose a customer, to set up a tag for the desired customer |
|
Or choose a customer and a location (if multiple locations are associated with the customer) |
|
|
|
Click on Scan NFC tag |
|
Or click on the comment section to add a comment about where the tag was installed |
|
|
|
Scan the NFC tag by moving the phone over the tag |
|
|
|
The NFC tag is now registered in CleanManager and can be mounted at the location. |
|
You can set up several tags by clicking on Register another NFC tag or click the button Back to main page to exit |
