How do I order NFC-tags?

NFC tags can be ordered through CleanManager´s support department.

How much do NFC tags cost?

A NFC tag cost 3€ per piece (the minimum order amount is 25 pieces)

                            

Delivery costs are 10€ per delivery

How do I order NFC-tags?

Follow the guide below to place an order of NFC-tags:
(If you are on a trial version it is only possible to order a trial pack of 2 NFC-tags)

	Log in to CleanManager with the user type Administrator
	In the menu, go to My data > Subscription
	Afterward, click on the button Order NFC-tags
	Fill in Contact details and Shipping information
	Complete the order by clicking Continue
	INFO: NFC order information will automatically be filled out based on the applied invoice and contact information. Change the contact details or delivery address if necessary. Contact details: - Your name: Name of the relevant contact person for the delivery. - E-mail: The e-mail of the recipient of the order, for delivery updates. (The invoice will automatically be sent to the accounts invoice e-mail.) Shipping information: - Company name: The name of your company - Address/ZIP code/Country: Your company address (You can change this information to another delivery address if necessary) - Amount: The amount of NFC tags for your order (Order between minimum 25 and maximum 1000 per shipment)  - Phone no.: The telephone number of the company or of the contact person in case of delivery changes.
	Confirm your order by clicking on Accept
	Your order is now received at CleanManager. Click on Close to finish
	Order and delivery information will be sent to the contact person and the invoice will be sent to the invoice e-mail on the 1st in the coming month.

How do I pay for NFC-tags?

The payment for ordered NFC tags will be invoiced by CleanManager on the first of the following month.

	When creating an order we will be sending the order as soon as possible.
	CleanManager will be billing the order on the 1st of the following month.

What should I do if my NFC-tags do not work?

Go through the list below to confirm the issues with the received NFC tags. CleanManager will after that replace the defective tags.

	Scan the NFC-tag with the entire phone since the NFC reader can be mounted on different parts of the phone, depending on the phone. For more information, read the article: How do I scan NFC tags?
	Test multiple NFC-tags to be sure that your tag is defective or if your phone is damaged or does not support NFC. For more information read the article: Which phones are compatible with NFC?
	Collect all defected NFC-tags and send them by mail to: CleanManager ApS Holkebjergvej 74 5250 Odense SV Denmark
	CleanManager will send you replacement NFC-tags unless the tag is damaged through general usage
