How do I attach and see resources for a customer?
In CleanManager, you can attach files and/or hyperlinks to individual customers, and these are called resources. Resources can be added, edited and deleted by the administrator and supervisors.
When adding a resource, you can among other things decide whether an employee should have access to the information or not.
NOTE: Supervisors can only add, edit, and delete resources for customers within the supervisor's assigned customer areas. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure. |

This is how you add a file to a customer
In the menu, go to Customers > Customer list |

Then, click on View resources |

Click on Add file |
||
Select the File by browsing your device |
||

Enter a file name |
||
The file name is filled out automatically based on the name of the uploaded file. However, you can change the name if you want to. |

Select a File category |
||
You can choose between existing file categories or create a new one |

File categories can be created by clicking on Add next to the field, or by going to Settings > Resource categories. You can read more about that in the following article: Creating resource categories | ||

Enter a comment to the file (optional) |

Finally, click on Add file |

This is how you add a hyperlink to a customer
In the menu, go to Customers > Customer list |

Then, click on View resources |
|
Click on Add hyperlink |
|
Enter the link to the Website |
|
Enter a Name |
|
This is the name for the hyperlink that will be displayed to the supervisors, employees, and/or customers |

Select a Hyperlink category |

Enter a comment to the hyperlink (optional) |

Finally, click on Add Hyperlink |

This is how you can see which attachments have been added to the customer
In the menu, go to Customers > Customer list |

Click on View resources |
|
You will then see an overview of all resources added to the customer |

This is how you can edit resources that have been attached to a customer
In the menu, go to Customers > Customer list | |
Then, click on View resources | |
Click on Edit |

Thereafter, you can edit the attachment and finish by saving |

This is how you delete resources that have been attached to a customer
In the menu, go to Customers > Customer list |

Then, click on View resources |

Click on Remove |

Thereafter, click on Accept |

This is how you specify which resources the employee can view

Then, click on View resources |

Find the relevant attachment |

Click on Edit |

This is where you determine permissions in regard to who can or cannot view the attachment |

You can set up permissions for the following:
