Which settings can I use to adjust what is shown in the work hours overview?
As the administrator or a supervisor, you have the option to enable or disable four functions in the work hours overview.
These four functions affect your view of the work hours overview. This article will review the four settings and how they modify the view, whether they are enabled or disabled.

How to find the work hours overview
In the menu, go to Work hours overview | |

View cancelled appointments
Enable this setting if you want cancelled appointments shown in the work hours overview. An example of a cancelled appointment could be if you have cancelled a task in the new calendar, created a closing day and by doing so cancelled a task in the classic calendar, or if a customer with access to the system has requested to cancel a task through their calendar. |

Enable View cancelled appointments and click on Update | ||
|
||
If you have any cancelled tasks in the selected period of time, they will be displayed in the overview | ||
|
||
Disable View cancelled appointments and click on Update | ||
|
||
Cancelled tasks will no longer be displayed in the overview | ||
|
Calculate the difference
Enable this setting if you want the difference between the scheduled and used time displayed in the overview | ||
|
||
Enable Calculate the difference and click on Update | ||
|
||
You will be able to see the difference between the scheduled and the used time | ||
|
||
Disable Calculate the difference and click on Update | ||
|
||
The column Difference will no longer be displayed in the overview | ||
|
Show task transport time
Enable this setting if you want the transportation time for a task to be displayed | ||
|
||
Enable Show task transport time and click on Update | ||
|
||
If transportation time has been registered on a task, it will be displayed in the overview | ||
|
||
Disable Show task transport time and click on Update | ||
|
||
The column Transport time will no longer be displayed in the overview | ||
|
Show task prices
Enable this setting if you want the price of the task displayed in the overview | ||
|
||
Enable Show task prices and click on Update | ||
|
||
If a price has been added to the task in the calendar, it will be displayed in the overview | ||
|
||
Disable Show task prices and click on Update | ||
|
||
The column Task prices will no longer be displayed in the overview | ||
