Can I return my NFC tags if I, for example, ordered too many?

If you find that you don't need the entire order after all, it is possible to request a return. This article will describe the return process of NFC tags and what you should be aware of.

You should be aware of this before requesting a return

As a starting point, there are two specific things to be aware of before you return your NFC tags.

	Return deadline: 30 days The return deadline means that you have 30 days from the date of the order to return your NFC tags in unused condition.
	Minimum Quantity: 25 pieces You can request to return a minimum of 25 NFC tags.

How to return NFC tags

When your return request has been approved by our support team, you will get a refund for the NFC tags by doing the following:

	Destroy NFC tags You will be asked to destroy the NFC tags that you wish to return. For example, you can destroy them by cutting them in half.
	Send proof of destruction Once you have destroyed the NFC tags, take a picture of them and send the picture to [e-mail].

We will make a refund after we have received the proof of destruction.
