Contact our support

The first step is to contact our support team to inform us that you require assistance with your CleanManager account. You can e-mail us with the scope of your request—for example, if it concerns specific parts of the system that you would like additional training on.

Initial meeting

Based on your enquiry to our support team, we will typically arrange a brief meeting to gain an overview of your needs so that we can plan the further process. It is important that your administrator and any relevant supervisors are available to participate in the meeting. If your enquiry concerns payroll or invoicing, you should also bring the person responsible for this area to the meeting.

Further course of action

Depending on the complexity of your enquiry, we will proceed with either success meetings or a paid online course.

Success meetings

A success meeting is a small and dedicated online meeting.

During the meeting, we will review your account. You will share your screen with us, and we will help clarify your specific issues and processes. The focus of success meetings is on the setup of your account, e.g. setting up integrations.

Online course
